GEN 2 Sync V2.3 Update

Just updated to Sync V2.3 by downloading update from the Owners.ford.com site and applying via USB flash drive. Update took 30 min as per the online instructions. However, it would fail uploading the .xml file back to the site to report the successful update back to Ford..Called the sync support hotline and was told that other folks were reporting the same issue and was told that the work around was to connect via WiFi and then the truck will automatically report the new version back to Ford.. I noticed today a lag within the Navigation app, especially when cancelling a route, or switching between the home screen and the navigation map.. all other apps (climate, audio, etc) work OK.. has anyone noticed the same issue? I will try a master reset next to see if it resolves this lag!
