GEN 2 Fordpass Controls Processing Time

15-45 seconds is normal.

Some people might hate on the app but its useful. For example I had to park about a 1/4 mile away from a basketball stadium I was going to and it was -5 degrees out. When I left the stadium I started the truck from the app so when I got to it it would be warm inside.

The pluses to the app controls go on and on, i've been a huge supporter of them for many years now. Was just a little disappointing this app is semi behind in technology, but in the end it does what its supposed to do (most of the time)

Our fob remote on the other hand is pretty impressive, works from further than any car i've owned by far.

My fob remote has a tiny range. 801a package.

I wish the fob wasn't so bulky though. I've got enough big things in my pants already
