DVD in Head Rest

The dealer said there headrest DVD screens in Ford accessories that integrated with Audio system, but I dont see them at https://accessories.ford.com/electro...d-systems.html. What is the best solution?

Thanks! I saw those, they contain the actual dvd player and are expensive. i heard there was one that connects to existing audio system and costs ~$800, not sure if it was accurate info or not though.
