I have confirmed the correct Molex connectors to make the Zen-A2B completely plug and play eliminating any soldering/splicing into the factory harness.

The can-bus plug is also the Speaker output plug. Both speaker channels and can-bus run through this plug so you can use the same plug at the same time! The only thing you would have to add is tweeter channels if you were running active crossovers. (Let me know and I can give you part number for the pins) If running passive crossovers in the door, no modification or extra pins necessary! It will work plug and play.

So my plugs, just came in. The Speaker Output connector fits, but the Power plug does not.

Can you post a pic please of the new plug and the factory harness? That is odd.

I think the tab is the problem.

Yeah it looks like it. I have already emailed the company again and asked if the tooling was changed recently. If you need it to work though, you could also use a dermal and just sand that notch down.

Does the one you bought have the notch? I'm going to have to sand down the grey side that I bought from Digikey. I think I have to go all the way into the connector too. I don't know if the pins are going to be in the way.

Hey GIJosh28

Sorry for the delay. I have been in contact with Digi Keys Application Engineering. They are looking into this. Please wait before you modify anything.

We believe the correct part number is actually Molex 0347290080

I am awaiting samples and will definitively confirm if this is the plug currently installed in our trucks. Based on this, the "mate" to this plug will be Molex 034690080 which is the part we need.

Based on the drawing listed on Digi Key, this looks to be correct but I want to get my hands on it before I tell you another wrong part number. Please see the attached photo. There is a notch cut where the notch is on our factory harness.
