Can't listen to voicemails?

When my phone is connected to truck, Bluetooth or usb, and I play a voicemail, it plays about 5 seconds through truck speakers and then cuts out. Press pause and then play again and works again for 5 seconds. Tried it with radio on and off. Parked and driving. Still happens in all variations. Deleted phone and re added it as well.

Anyone else having this issue?

Does this sound like a sync3 or phone issue?

Um, he's sick. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.
