Replacing the 3 running lamps in grill with brighter LED?

This may be a silly question since nothing came up in a google search. The 3 red marker / running lights we have in our front grills - anyone explore whether they can be replaced with something brighter?

Not sure if these will fit or are brighter. I have a Fraptor so with my fake grille I put these in... they had to be siliconed in to hold them but it's what I went with over the crappy bulbs that came with the fake raptor grille... I reckon they'd probably fit in your opening but you'd need to glue them in as well:
