Recommendations for DOT Approved Fogs?

I love the appearance of the BD fogs but living in CA and in sometimes a very foggy area I need a set that I can actually use on the street. Are there any manufacturer's that have the setup with the housing and three LED's ready to go like BD?

You'll have to purchase the bracket and lights separate.
