Possible, thats for sure, but they are in the same location as the Baja Design LEDs for the 2017 raptor.

Any idea whether there's enough extra power available on the existing backup light circuit to power these?

I like the idea of having more reverse lighting, but keep in mind if you’re adding rear facing trail lights, having them hooked into the reverse circuit wouldn’t work for you.
