Raptor lined my rear wheel wells and front skid plate.

Used this kit.

Did two coats so only used 2 out of the 4 bottles that came with the kit.

Was going to get them Line-X'ed but there are only 2 Line-X dealers within 250 miles of me and neither would spray the wheel wells so I did it myself.

I forgot to take a picture of the skid plate done. When I go mount it and take the truck out of the shop Ill snap some more pictures of the final product.

Sprayed it on at 60psi.

I will note the spray gun that comes with the kit comes with a threaded end for a air hose so I had to switch it out for a 1/4-18 Male NPT Industrial Interchange connector (quick disconnect).

Prep:
1. Wash the wells and skid plate
2. Dry
3. 180 grit sandpaper to knock off any shine to allow for a good mechanical hold.
4. Wash it again with dish soap and water.
5. Dry
6. Clean again with TSP or a wax and grease remover.
7. Wipe off with clean cloth
8. Let dry
9. Mask EVERYTHING. This stuff gets everywhere so dont skimp on the masking!
10. Set air regulator to 60psi
11. Mix the bedliner (250ml hardner per 1 bottle of liner)
12. Spray liner. Further away you are the finer the texture.
13. Let coats flash off for min 60 min between coats.
14. U-Pol recommends no more than 3 coats.
15. Unmask
14. Winning
