Two sided tape and clips. The replacement I used was two sided tape, studs and nuts instead of clips.

Thanks. I don't think the OP removed the oval just the F150 lettering. There are no holes behind the lettering (F150 or Raptor) just two sided tape holding them on.

Crash457, I like the brushed look. Do they make one just like the ford one, just in billet/brushed look.

They have all kinds of styles and will custom make pretty much anything you want.
