I ordered one and installed it. You can actually get it direct from the manufacture (a plastic company cheaper) but not as easy as Amazon. The part number and company name is actually on the back of the cap.

Only need one as it only works on one side. It's dumb but cheap and works.

What about the hole on the other side??

FYI, the GEN1 models have TWO rectangular frame member openings in EACH rear wheel well. I have over 72,000 miles on my 2011 SCAB and no rust there, no problems.
