So I’m looking to paint my front skid plate and rear wheel wells with U-Pol Raptor Liner (I’m not just buying it because of the name btw). They sell a tintable liner and I was gonna paint the skid plate to match the body (Lead Foot) but I’m open to any other ideas. Anyone happen to have pictures of theirs painted? Thanks.

It's a little more difficult than just painting the front skid plate. Part of the front bumper is painted the same as the skid plate, so you will have to paint both if you want it to look consistent.

I wanted to do the same thing, but decided not to once I realized that.

I would go with getting it powder coated

I kinda wanted to maybe add a bit of protection. Feel like powder coating it would end up getting scratched over time.

I saw that too. Wonder how difficult it would be to take off.

I will say the liner paint is off a shade as it doesn’t have the clear I went back to factory on my running boards . 43c787691fe23e8ff1b12bbaa3b20831.jpg
