Looking for advice on tire size and wheel combo. My 2018 is black so I am looking at a grey wheel color to break up all all the black. I will keep the stock tire/wheel setup for rare offroad use (that's what my Polaris RZR is for).
I want a set of 20" wheels and new tires that will fit like stock or close to it without rubbing or sticking way outside the fenders. I have searched this forum but have only found a few references on fitment and I want to make sure this combo will work before I pull the trigger.

Wheels I am considering:
Method 309 Grid Titanium (will add flat caps) - 20x9, 6x135, 18/5.75"
or
KMC XD127 Matte Grey - 20x9, 6x135, 18mm offset

Tire - BFG K02, LT325/60/R20

I am open to other tire options, just a bit confused because TireRack only lists 285/65/20 as the options for the raptor with the KMC wheels. Searching the forum here is where I came up with the other 325/60/20 size option. I am also not sold on the BFGs, I am open to other tire options.

325's are slightly larger than 35's normally. I had nitto terra grapplers in that size and loved them. The +18 will stick out a little further than stock but still within the flares.

325/60-20’s are load range E tires and will ride like crap on your Raptor.

I would contact vendors for the advice. However, the Tire Rack tire size sounds about right. I just think 20 inch wheels look good but they are heavy as shit, will wear out your brakes faster, will alter how your truck drives, will affect the suspension life, etc. there was a member just recently with GEN2 installed 20 inch wheels and tires just to regret it and was going back to the 17 inch wheels.
But to answer your question i think i like the XD series better between the two.

Buy the forged 20'' ones. They are light.

All good points above, I think I am going to hold off on the 20s, my truck should be here next week, going to see how I like the 17s before buying anything.
I do like the forged ones, just don't like the price :)

I have 37x12.50R20 Ridge Grappler and 20x9 Rotiforms. Yes they are heavier than stock. But the breaking is not as bad as i thought it would be. Aslo they are load range E tires. I run them at 32-34psi and the ride is pretty nice. I have a tune on the truck so i cant even tell that they are 37s.
