So the stock 17" cast aluminum wheels will have to go when the Raptor gets here. I like the look of a 20" wheel (a bit more wheel height then the small 17's) as well as some more width (was thinking 9", would give it a nice footprint). I would also like the wheels to stick out from the edge of the fenders a few inches (at least not flush with the flares as the stock set up is) to give it more of a "bulldog" sort of stance. With all this said, I definitely do not want to rub when I crank the steering wheel when going to this set up/offset. If I run a 20x9, and elect to have the offset push the wheels outside of the fenders, what series tire, and offset should I go with to accomplish this? I really do not want to add a level either, prefer to keep everything close to stock, except for these 17" polished cast aluminum lousy wheels.

Thank-you!

I had 20X9 with a 0 offset with 35X12.5s on my 12 screw and they rubbed a bit on a full turn. I did bolt those front wheels onto my 17 screw and they didn't rub at all and it wasn't close either so I'm pretty that you could run a 20X9 with a 0 offset and 35X12.5s without issue. On my 17 I went with a 20X9 with a 12 offset instead of the 0 that I had previously and I went 35X12.5 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I think they sit nice and they're not even close to rubbing. I do have the RPG collars but they weren't installed at the time of this pic.

This my 12 with the 0 offset and they're out of the body by at least 1.5-1.75"

Thanks for the info, that set up looks very nice. What wheel is that? I am still deciding if I want to go 20 or 18, definitly not 17.

Thanks a bunch :) My new wheels are SOTA SSDs and I bought the optional beadlock rings but they're out being powder coated gunmetal to match the flares and trim. My old wheels were BMF REPR which is now SOTA wheels.

I put stock size methods on my 17, but the offset is 0 compared to the +34 of the stock wheel. Will I have any rubbing issues at full articulation or while jumping?

Have you tested your size wheels at full articulation?

I put methods with 0 offset on my 17 and at full lock it rubs the inner fender well

I assume that's without RPG collars? Think with Collars it would rub? Already ordered the RPG's but haven't decided on tires. Was going to do 18x9 wheels with a near 0 offset.
