Bed mounted winch?

Smittybilt does a winch cradle that's inexpensive ($119 MSRP you can find it cheeper) rated to 12k. As for mounting it in the bed I made a mount for another member here that consisted of a receiver tube welded to a plate with bolt holes that then got bolted through the bed.
