ADD Honeybadger Install - Adaptive Cruise Mount Instructions?

I got my new front bumper and trying to get it installed today. It's the ADD Honeybadger without winch (but with the adaptive cruise control mount).

Overall, instructions that came with it are great. I got the additional hardware for the adaptive cruise control relo, but they don't seem to have instructions on where/how to remount the adaptive cruise control.

Anyone done this or found instructions?
