Stain on interior trim piece

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem but I noticed some spots on the trim pieces on the driver side specifically the driver's ac vent and grey trim piece above the gauge cluster. I noticed it when I had about 500 miles on the odometer and about a few days after I got my windows tinted so I'm not sure if it came like that from the factory or it was the window tint people that did this. The few weeks I wasn't really paying attention to the interior since I was excited to be driving it and I only really noticed it since it was the first sunny day since I got my truck. If it is from the window tint people, I don't think it's going to be worth it to go back and try to talk to them. I've been out of town so it's been a while since I had my tint done and they're just going to deny it. It looks like some sort of stain from a chemical or paint. There are a couple more spots on the top part of these trim pieces including one spot on the center console trim piece above the passenger storage pocket.
It's not wiping off and my ocd is driving me nuts since there's also a couple spots on top that I see when I'm driving. I was wondering if there was any touch up paint to cover it or maybe I could just find a replacement part. I looked online and found some used ones that are reasonably priced but I am not sure what the interior color for the Raptor is since Ford used various shades of grey in their different trim levels.

I had the same issue on mine. Didn’t worry much since I custom painted all my interior trim piano black, that is whatever wasn’t Carbon fiber.

ok good to know that i'm not the only person. I talked to the dealer while I was getting that recall looked at and they said they will try to get it fixed through warranty

how did that interior end up looking like?

Came out very nice. Much cleaner look. Still have a bit more work to do but this is the start. I also ceramic coated all the parts to protect them from getting scratched.
