I swear I can hardly stand to watch any youtube videos- they all take 5 times longer than they should to convey the message. I normally play them back at 1.5x speed, or 2x speed if they talk realllly slow. Most of the time what they are saying is worthless anyways.

All my friends call me a weirdo when they catch me running vids in 2x.

It's the only way to go. Adapted the skill while watching lectures in college.
