But I tell you what, I will measure the bolt distance on the jack tonight so you can compare what you have against my measurements. That should get you the info you need to see if the 2.5T jack will work. Sound good?

Don't worry about it. I told DMZ that your jack fit and he went to test it out. It's so close that he can probably do a one-off for me without issue. He said he'd get back to me this afternoon.

Update. The 2.5 will fit really tight and needs to be machined a bit. if you have the tools handy, go for it. I just went and got the 2 ton jack and I'll order the extension.

From the pictures, you can see that the skid allows for about 6.5" wide jack with the length from front bolt (where the wheel goes) to the rear bolts being about 24".

I have been happy with the HF jack and was using it as my primary until I put the skid on it. The skid is great for offroad, but on pavement it is less forgiving without the wheels. When you start to jack up the truck high, the bottom can't move around to position itself under the lift point very well well. That isn't to say that it won't work, it is just a little sketch and caution should be taken when using the jack with the skid on pavement.

The Nos jack is constructed well and has performed well so far (make sure you follow the break-in procedure before using it). I am not a super fan of the Nos branding but I got it for $205 which is a better deal than the Arcan which I think is the same jack, just unbranded. The price has gone up on the Nos one since I purchased it, but it is still cheaper than the Arcan. I should note that the skid does NOT fit the Nos jack, that just happened to be in the picture with the HF jack and skid.

I haven't used my hi lift jack on the raptor, but if you have a soft shackle you can put it through the tow hook and use it as a lift point without too much issue, in theory.

I've used the jack in that fashion during off roading schools and in Africa on Toyota Land Cruisers of different types.
