I decided to order the faux leather floor mats from China via eBay. They are listed numerous times but typically they are available in black and beige with a choice of several thread colours. While they list 2017-18 Supercrew, they don't specifically list a 2017-18 Supercab. This made me a tad suspicious that it was Screw only. Nonetheless, I ordered a set anyway. The company rep wanted a confirmation of my precise model, and I specified Scab vs Screw, explaining the Scab was about 12 inches shorter in the rear seat area. He said don't worry, we will make it right for you, or something to that effect. Still suspicious. Well they arrived and, no surprise, the Screw mats sent were too long in the rear. I advised the supplier and he requested a photo. I went ahead and cut the rear mat back by 12 inches, essentially to support my claim they were too long. I also wanted to see how they would look. Following are the photos sent to the supplier:

I also discovered the front passenger side mat needed modifications. I assume this is problematic with all F150's since the front seats are the same for Scab and Screw.

Having sent these photos to the supplier in China, it will be interesting to see if he supplies a replacement set of mats, redesigned for the Scab.

Also, I added some velcro strips to the seat base wraparounds and driver dead pedal area to create a tighter fit. No big deal.

These mats are black with beige stitching. If I ordered again, I would get black with black stitching.

Will provide an update if the supplier makes good on his commitment. I'm not losing a lot of sleep over it.

These are the folks who poison their own kids and sent contaminated wallboard to the USA 10 years ago, that causes corrosion in homes?

No thank you.

I take it you can't resist the urge to hijack a thread. But despite your best efforts (I assume this was your best), imports from China are unlikely to stop.

If fake leather floor mats are your thing then I guess. Just don’t spill your frapachino on them.

This is the second time today that I have seen where he has had irrelevant, flip, and unhelpful comments on this forum. Hopefully he is a decent individual that is just having a bad day.

Not to worry. I've come to expect Bozo like responses from some on the truck forums.
