Installed the CF shifter (thanks Dinoone). Was an easy install and I'm surprised how much better it looks than the leather handle.
Follow the instructions posted earlier in this thread and it's a 5-10 minute install.

It's vinyl to match the seats. You have to cut the plastic weld on the panel then epoxy back on once covered. Here are the part numbers. Figure around $600 for all three. You have to shop around. The other piece that is not shown goes above the glove box.

Handle Assembly
Part Number: HL3Z-7213-HA

Panel - Instrument
Part Number: HL3Z-1504339-AC

Panel - Instrument
Part Number: HL3Z-1504608-AC

Are those three part numbers for shifter, piece above glove box and sync I'm assuming? Doors are like 900$, so no.

Yes those do not include the doors. I didn't price out the carbon fiber door panels but you have to buy the entire door panel not just the insert. I like my upholstered ones better anyway.

I have but I also replaced my entire XLT dashboard with a Lariat. Dont ask...lol. The part that you are asking about will not fit the XLT dashboard without modification to the CF part. (not recommended)

Is the light in your map pocket stock? I am curious about it. My truck comes tomorrow.

Thanks!

No, my truck is a 2016 XLT Sport. I built my own oem ambient light harness and repinned the BCM to enable its function as all of yours, thru the touch screen settings. Along with all of the oem location led modules, I added a few additional...the map pockets and the inside of the rear seat handles......

Does the dash trim piece just attach via double sided tape to the existing panel or do you remove the original and replace it with the carbon piece?
