I was thinking on keeping the ride height about 2" over stock and turning it up maybe 1/2" for off road and turning it back down afterwards.

Someone mentioned you need to remove the shock to adjust it so it's probably not something you wana do too often

That's incorrect. There is no reason to remove the shock to adjust the height.

All you need is a spanner wrench

Started my install today. pretty easy actually.

My only hold up is that i over torqued the schrader valve and snapped it.
Called SVC and they are overnighting me a few extras just in case.

I have one side complete, in about 3 hours taking my time.
Rented 2 sets of spring compressors from autozone last night and no issues.

all this is with hand tools in my garage. Should get the otherside wrapped up tomorrow morning.

I thought i remember someone from SVC saying if you want to adjust it you would need to put spring compressors on to adjust it.

Take that with a grain of salt though..

Completed today when usps delivered the schrader replacement.

And whoever posted before was correct. It's virtually impossible to adjust on the truck because the spring needs to rotate and the pressure on the top rubber bucket is a no go for rotation.

I went 1" from bottom of thread to bottom of the blue collar. Put me right at level. Hopefully it drops a bit.

Ride is much better actually. Everything doesn't wash out like before on little road heaves. Now the back needs to be just a bit stiffer.
