Thanks for all the advice gents. I spent about an hour under the truck yesterday and tried loosening the ubolts. The bottom brackets shifted a bit, but overall the axle is where I started. It seem like, and I could be wrong here, that there are two bolts that connect the spring bracket on the axle to the leaf itself, sandwiching the bump perch in between. No movement is happening there. I totally unloaded the rear end, and...nothing. Shook the truck just to see, and...nothing. For the life of me I can't see anything that looks off other than the axle itself. Guess I'm making my service appointment.

Let me know if they figure anything out. They had my truck for over a week and were unable to diagnose the issue, though they were in 100% in agreement that there was an issue.

Can you post a picture showing the drivers side vs passenger side?

I have the same problem with mine, I just took measurements from inside the wheel well back wall. I am including photos of the measurements. I lined up the top and bottom tire wall in the photo to get the best measurement possible. The passenger side is about 18" from the inside fender and the driver side is 17 3/16". I am not sure if this is contributing to my bouncy suspension ride that I have or if this is just another issue.

Raptor is one month old with 2,000 miles. Same issue. Axle is shifted right (towards passenger side) about 1/2-3/4". Noticeable when looking down the sides of the truck. My truck hasn't even been off-road yet. Hasn't even seen a gravel road for that matter. Sucks Ford hasn't or can't do anything about it.

Mine is shifted as well. Obvious whe looking out side mirrors. I'm struggling to not let it bother me.

Did it shift or are you just noticing it? Wondering if the axle is really moving after some use or if they left the factory that way?

Apparently this is common. Most don't notice. I've seen pictures of crushed bump stops from the misalignment. Also seen thread where dealership was unable to resolve.
