Brembos are good but I wouldn't call them the 'best of the best'. You are a marketing victim, proof by most of your posts.

Different application, I know, but I preferred Stoptech and Performance Friction over Brembo on my M3s... especially when it came to value. I had to save money for all the track pads and brake fluid I'd go through! Not saying Brembo is bad, but better performing brakes can be had for less $$$.

For example...

***** that Brembo came in last... I'm partial to AP Racing and Alcon but there are some others too... Brembo makes good brakes, but they are not 'the best' just the most well known. Kind of like K&N which is actually a ****** filter but the most well known.
