I would advise against a side exit. I had one on my '15 Ecoboost. Loved the look but my god the noise...
When I was running catted it was loud in the cab but doable. Catless was awful inside...

I know its a 15 but i can't think why it would sound any different.
Once it was warmed up it was quite quiet but anything else it was horrible.
Now Catless with stock exhaust I think would sound nice...

If you change out the exhaust on a Gen. 2 do they send an upgraded sound track on USB as well?
