What intercooler retains the stock shutters?

So what intercooler is a direct bolt in and retains the stock shutters? Do any? Full Race does not.

What’s the downside to removing the shutters? What does that mean for extreme cold weather?

I’m looking for a direct bolt in intercooler that retains the stock shutters.

Whipple, afe, and some others I can’t think of

What shutters are you referring to? The ones up in the upper grille area?

The shutters are mainly for better aerodynamics for fuel economy.

keeping them open though can induce more cooling...

I believe the Wagner will retain the Shutters. I was told the shutters may need to be removed during the install but can be reinstalled once everything is in place. I believe the intercooler also requires the oil cooler be relocated, but comes with the required hardware / bracket.
