Default Quick lube place
Just to vent...

I donít know what I was thinking.... I stopped at a quick lube place to do my oil change because I felt like being lazy.

My skin is crawling watching these clowns touch my truck.

Last time I went to a place like that, I found my drain plug was JB Welded in place because they stripped it out and tried to hide it.

Guess what?

They cracked the plastic drain plug. I got home and found oil dripping. They tried to hide it with black Permatex.

Raptor intuition you know?

Iím lucky... I ran down to the Ford dealer and bought a new drain plug for 3 bucks and changed the oil myself, again.

Iím waiting for their ďmanagerĒ to call me back.

Whatís better?! The oil I just changed.... brand new mobile 1.... it came out and looked like old used motor oil.

Lesson learned.

Itís sad.

This is a very busy quick lube place with a car wash. Must do 20 cars a day just in oil changes.

What a scam.

have never and will never.

i would rather be a week late than let some turd making 8$ an hour still hungover and high from the night before with no skill or real world experience with vehicles changing anything on any car.

insane these places are thriving, but the regular public is pretty stupid.

There is a spare drain plug in my glove box. Seems like a natural to carry one
