So I performed the VERY FIRST oil change on my Rap tonight and discovered that the plastic drain plug was broken. No way this happened while driving as she hasn’t left the pavement AND there was a stout metal plate generously protecting the area (and unscathed). I think it’s fair to say it left the factory this way. Will be going to the dealer tomorrow morning for a replacement under warranty.

Wow, these puppies are hard to find. Out of 10 or so local dealers only ONE had ONE in stock.

I take it that the dealers usually never replace these during oil changes.

At only $2 a piece, I’ll be ordering some extras.
