I have a video posted driving and you can hear it very clearly.
I get no swoosh from my stock turbos, is this normal? Also there is very little spool up the sound and def no BOV sound.

This modification does not make the turbos more audible. All it does is create a swoosh under deceleration, relieving boost pressure. It is purely for sound, and has no other benefit.

I ask because I test drove a Raptor that had some swoosh. It was minimal but you could still hear it. Mines completely stock and I don't hear any swoosh.

You won't get much turbo sound out of these engines. The best thing you can do if you want to hear turbos is go with an expensive CAI (will require a tune then), and removing the air intake silencer rings in the tubing. If you quiet the exhaust, you will hear more turbo sound as well.

Thanks for the INfo. I do love the sound but It's not a deal breaker for me. It was kinda a sanity check and to make sure there wasn't something wrong with mine.

Installed my BOV today. Install was pretty easy and it certainly helps having a helping hand, especially when you're putting back the intercooler and fans. Sounds good but it's definitely not a performance mod.

Why would you want the blow off sound (deceleration) rather than work on making the turbo whistle louder (acceleration)?

I guess specifically the BOV. What is the point? The sound is rather specific for a civic or some other fart-pipe type of car. Seems very goofy on a raptor.
