Exhaust Rattle

Have been hearing this Rattle for couple days now. Finally had time to get under and isolate where it's coming from.

Defiantly coming from the rear muffler. No visual break in welds and hangers are tight. Could it be something inside??? Will be taking to Ford the next day off......hopefully next week. Anyone else have this happen?
