Was changing the oil yesterday and noticed some random redish fluid, upon further inspection you could see it coming from the water pump, and from what you could see the front of the engine block had what looks like a stain from some leakage, also on the underside of the side plate you could see where it had stained. Took a couple of pics to show the dealer when I take it in, but you really can't see in the pics. Coolant level was almost at the minimum line so it's not a fast leak, but still a leak, truck has just about 10k on it.

anyone else have any similar issues?

Check the clamp under the coolant expansion tank. This has been the culprit for most 3.5 ecoboost owners.

Based on the Staining, it would indicates that the leak is happening when the engine is off and suggests a " Cold leak"
Leave the truck overnight at the dealer and have them look for COLD LEAKS.

Had a jeep develop a coolant leak like this once, bearing eventually went completely out on the water pump

All this time, and you still have not posted a single true thing about the ford ecoboost.
