Painting the fins on any radiator is not advisable. It reduces efficiency. Black will radiate more heat, so if you wanted to paint anything, just paint the end tanks black and leave the rest raw.

You’re very welcome.

I went with the raw finish. Didn’t figure any type of coating will help.

Stock BOV as well. Which vents to atmosphere now.

Yes that one will work. That’s the newer cast end tank one. I think it looks nicer than the one ADD sells (which I have) that has fabbed end tanks. And is a few hundred less $$

I didn't see anyone mention it, but both ADD/Full Race allow for tighter fitting bumpers or winches. If either of those interest you, this might make the decision easier.
