2017 Ford Raptor tune dealer soon

GOOD NEWS!! I called FP this am 12/16/2016 and was informed that they are working on a tune that can be bought/installed by dealer for the 2017 Raptor. The rep said "the tune will be available very soon, not later."

Hoping this tune adds at least 25hp/torque. More snappy throttle as well as updates in some modes.

Dollar for dollar 25 hp for 700 doesn't sound too bad. I'd pay that. I'd rather pay 500 haha. Anything over 25 would be real nice. My gt500 got 100 hp from a tune, TB and pulley for 1k.

25hp?? When I spoke ti MPT they were thinking at least 50-60hp increase from a tune. They haven't seen a 17 yet, as of 2 weeks ago, but said they would be very surprised if they didn't get at least that from a tune.

So ford launches the Raptor and offers a tune in the same breath? Don't waste your money on this. Wait and see, way better options will be available.

People aren't paying for the tune that they can get from half a dozen different companies, ultimately they're paying for the way expensive engine to be covered under warranty.
