Who will build first v8 Gen2?

Since 95-99% of people complain about the v6 only option in the new Eco-Raptor (Gen 2, Jen 2, Jennifer 2, etc.), who will be the first to do a v8 swap?

And we all know Foutz/ADD has had their hands on a few already, so does Deberti and his son, but they are all limited on what they can do/build. Any other shops/teams/builders have one on order for building? RPG? SVC?

My money is on Hennessy! They'll either call it the El Fuego or Ghost Raptor.

We also swapped a built, supercharged 6.2 into a Tremor in I think 2014....? I would like to see someone swap a twin turbo Coyote 5.0 into the new Raptor!

The best way to build a Gen 2 V8 is to start with a regular truck. There's already a guy on here who has a platinum 5.0 twin turbo being long traveled at Rogue.

A transplant sounds like a project waiting to happen. But what to put in? Have multimatic build up a FP v8 or cayote based build with roush yates and ......... I cant even afford to think about it

Yea, but if you believe half the posts here about being Hennescrewed, they'll do it using a motor pulled from a car that some poor guy sent them 6 months ago for a week's worth of upgrades.

My guess is that you might see something like that for SEMA next year.
