there are a lot of factors masking speed in this truck. Its quick for a truck but its no sports car

I think it's reasonably quick to 60, but once at speed it's really not quick/fast at all. It'll out run most trucks, but compared to sports cars? It's not even close. I think even mid tier sports sedans might be faster at freeway speeds. My old Lexus GS and IS 350's felt like they accelerated past 70mph more effortlessly.

Not bad for a truck but nowhere close to performance cars. My 991 Turbo S is around 2.6 sec to 60. That's fast.

Reading all the responses, I guess it comes down to what you consider “quick”. The Mustang Coupe with Ecoboost does 0-60 in 5.3, which is on par with the Raptor that weighs 2,000 lbs more. Would you consider the Mustang a sports car?

The Raptor engine in the Mustang GT does 0-60 in 4 seconds. It’s no Corvette, but it’s considerably quick compared to other cars out there.

The IS 350 is actually slower than the Raptor. Trucks will feel slower because of the way it sits.

Try this. Select 4a, sport mode, power brake to about 2500rpm and let it fly. That is about the quickest launch you will get. Is it quick? Nope. Is it quick for a 6000lb truck with soft suspension? Not bad.

Fastest truck I've ever owned but it's still a 6,000 pound truck. Pales in any performance comparison to any sports car I've owned.

I just looked it up. IS350 is finishing the quarter mile at 98.8mph vs 96moh for a Raptor. So seems my butt dyno is pretty accurate, in that from 0-60 the raptor is quite quick but above that my old sedans felt faster, and after looking up the times, that is confirmed.

Happy to compare. My other vehicle is a 17 V series cadillac. O to 60 in 3.8, 6 speed. And I can say this truck feels wicked fast, imo. Especially with a pedal commander wiping away that acceleration lag.

It's fast for a truck. It doesn't wow me too much except doing brake torque launches in baja mode. Then I'm pretty happy with it, either on pavement or sand.

The truck is fast for a truck, but compared to my hellcat it's not very fast. That being said in 4wd and sport mode with my 18 raptor with my MPT tune I think I can take an SS or a 5.0 mustang to 60. Beyond that I'm toast!
