Scheduled maintenance, how does this work

New Raptor owner here and 1st ever new car, so this 3 years or 36,000 miles which ever comes 1st with in that time period do I get a call or email asking me to bring the truck in for a service. I know it no longer covers oil changes, that you have to pay extra for, but what exactly would they be doing to the truck. I don't think the manual is that clear and my sales guy didn't seem that clear on what you get and when you get it.

Scheduled maintenance section is in the owner's manual, starts at pg 554.

Well I've been busy figuring out all the controls this thing is like a space ship compared to my Bronco. I'll jump to that page and see if its clear to me.
