Rattling at Start Up

I am fairly certain there was a thread on here regarding a slight rattle - when the Truck is started. I can't find the the thread - is that rattle normal. It amost sounds as if a plate is rattling. It goes away after 30-60 seconds.. what is it? Any feedback is much appreciated!

Check the exhaust heat shield on the exhaust pipe next to the crossmember. Sometimes the weld breaks.
