Raptor Delivered - Now waiting for field tech

After waiting almost 6 weeks from the day it left the factory, to delivery at the dealer, I now have to wait for a field tech.

My dealer called while prepping the vehicle, and informed me of:
- Battery was 100% dead
- Short somewhere (they traced it back to a window switch, since both front windows would not work, replaced it but still getting an issue)

Maybe this explains why it took so long for the vehicle to ship? Anybody hear of a similar issue?

Field Tech suppose to be there late today, or monday.

Seen a post here another G2 owner had a pinched wire in the driver's front door handle trim the dealer removed the door handle tucked the wire back inside and reinstalled the door handle and trim. He did not have any short involved before or after. But since it was the driver's door handle just thought to mention that to you. Good luck.
