Quick run through the desert - Video

Went for a quick desert run today. Mostly deep sand and rocks. Used Baja Mode. Still working on getting the right touch in this mode because of traction issues in the sand. Otherwise it was a blast. Didn't realize the GoPro would be bouncing around or else I would have shimmed it. On the straight sections I was averaging 50-55 mph. Awesome!

Traction issues in the sand as in too much torque breaking the tires loose?

That's a good problem I suppose, and the fix is to be smoother on the throttle? If so, Easy fix then.

Yep, the truck likes it more in Sport mode in that kind of sand so the tires dont break loose easily. I've done the route a couple times and Sport yields better traction.
