Need to know if is worthy to get 802a only because has different front diff.

For the price difference between the 801 and 802 packages, you can have whatever diff you want installed in the front axle.
If the diff is the only thing that you really want, you can come out ahead (money-wise) by going with the 801 and getting a new front diff installed once you get the truck.
Edit: looking at the Ford build-and-price tool, it looks like you can select the Torsen front diff with the 801 package for $500. It sounds like that'd probably be the way to go for you.
it may be different in panama, but in the US, you can add the torsen front diff to 801 for $500, but the 802 comes with it included.
