Duh... it commands your pedals. You sync it with your phone and you can drive with voice command. They are still working on an apple version.

Installed a similar unit on my 2015 Four Runner which is slow as a snail and throttle does not open unless pedal is on the floor. Made it much more drive able. Not sure if its gas mileage reasons or what; as to why they make new car throttles so UN-responsive. Our mileage got better after installing it since we are not mashing the pedal through the floor all the time. I am guessing sluggish throttle and way under geared diffs help with EPA testing....
