What Octane will I need to use I have easy access to 87 to 93 and that E-85 stuff. This is my first non diesel in 20 yrs. Thanks for the help

Same boat here, first non diesel truck, period! Lol
Driving it off the lot I felt a tad bit of hesitation on certain speeds while accelerating. I had a Porsche 997 Turbo with an EVT tune that did that in the heat.
I believe reading the manual it says that 91 or higher renders better performance.

I used one tank of 87, but I have been running nothing but 93 since. I am getting ready to do the MPT 93 PRX tune next week, so I will continue to use 93 from this point forward.

I notice hesitation on acceleration too even on 9 octane. I was assuming it was traction control kicking in but now I'm thinking its knock. Going to change to the Motorcraft 542 plugs. From what I read here they seem to fix the issue like the Denso plugs did for tuned 997tt's

Will that void the warranty?? Could these plugs be ordered from the dealer?

Owner's manuals are useless. They should just stop putting them in cars and tell people to refer to their website for an online version, or refer to a forum of their choice.

Are you sure it's not the turbo lag you're feeling?
New spark plugs will be useless if it is!

You can use 87 or anything higher. Your truck will pull power (retard timing etc) with low octane fuel. The truck will have more power with better fuel.
