Do you really say "F-150 Raptor" when talking about your truck? Sounds pretty geeky to me.

To most people Raptor is like Madona, Pelé, Adele, Jordan, or Trump. One name is all you need because everyone knows who you are talking about. Same applies to BMW M cars and Porsche 911.

Tell someone you drive a Lariat and they'll look at you funny.
You may lose your mind when the Ranger Raptor hits.

"Raptor" always means the daddy.

"Ranger Raptor" or "Baby Raptor" refers to the lesser offspring.

But if that confuses you, I'll try to remember to call it "F-150 Raptor" in any thread you are a part of.

I thought the stamp was pretty ugly on the regular 150s when I first saw one.

I don't know any Porsche owners that say "911"... there are a million different 911s. I get a little bashful and not sure how to say it without sounding like a d-bag and mutter "GT3 RS"... because it's a GT3 RS!
