Whatever the case may be, with a proper custom tune from a reputable tuner, it'll make VERY nice power.

besides the peak torque number, the addicting thing about turbo motors is the way peak torque delivered at very low rpm. It is very hard for me not to drive like an maniac with boosted vehicles...

Exactly! Been driving a tt6 the last ten years. Still puts a :poop: grin on my face. Truck will have a significant increase in power/weight so I know I'm set.

Just decided the new complaint meta. I wanna v8 raptor but only if it gets at least 500 hp 500 lb ft and gets 26 mpg.

More interesting to me is that they say it's the same 3.5 in the f150 with bigger turbos....didn't ford say this is the GT's 3.5 and totally different? If it's just a boosted f150 I'm not sure I want it as bad. The GT engine will be a different animal and I'd imagine has more room for boost and a stronger bottom end
