Grinding noise

Hey guys anybody have grinding when putting it in drive quickly from reverse with a slight slope. I don't know where it is coming from as I have only experienced 3 times but now now twice this past month. I read it can be the vacuum system for the IWE. I haven't experienced it in any other situation and oil levels an pressure are good. Thoughts and suggestions are appreciated.

I have had a grinding noise in 4a when driving normall for a short period of time, it did not sound like the IWE's, closer to the front diff. Dealer said it could not find an issue and it has not happened since

I haven't taken it in yet but I wait a couple seconds from reverse to drive while keeping the rpms down.
