People with new Raptors,
How do you feel the turning radius is, if possible as compared to Gen1 trucks? I sold my third Gen1 to build a 2016 Coyote Plaptor and feel like the turning radius on the new trucks is worse than the Gen1. I am wondering if its a function of EPAS versus the old hydraulic assist, or if the rack on the Gen 2 Raptor has a little more range to take advantage of the wider suspension? I think I am leaving turn radius on the table with my new truck and was hoping maybe a Raptor rack and pinion might give me a little more range.
I would be interested to hear impressions.
