Curious if Forscan works the same on a 17' F250. Does anyone know for sure? I have a customer that went to bigger tires on his truck and they require far less pressure than the factory specified pressure so his TPMS light is constantly different. Wondering if I can use my stuff to go in and change his specified pressure?

Can you backup your entire computer with Forscan at once, or do you have to backup every module individually?

Yes for the most part; '17 Super Duties can be programmed like '15-'18 F150s. 2016 & earlier Super Duties are a different story though and use the old style BCM format.

I'm active on a '17 Super Duty forum and here's their spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qf2gYgkhmsX-dnFO3Ki0nYUvr7aeLKsHsA0WxhDns1s/edit

Every module individually

Huge thanks to Livnitup for helping me out with my list of FORScan changes. This guy is the FORScan Guru, the Laptop Lancelot, the Google Docs Doctor - thank you!

He took time out of his day to meet me and set me up with a long list of FORScan changes. I gave him a donation to his wallet in appreciation for his time and excellent work.

He gives us all so much here and on the Super Duty forums (and probably others as well) he deserves to be paid for his "appearances" and in person support.

Thanks Livnitup!

I'm fighting an odd issue... I turned on the HVAC and Heated Steering wheel option a few months back. I'm an idiot and forgot the truck that I actually pulled the trigger on didn't have heated steering. So off I go to turn that back off.

Made the changes to the APIM to remove the heated steering... Rebooted the truck and it did nothing. So I restored the APIM, that removed the icons so I went through the changes again to just add the seat controls. All was good for about a day. Came home from work last night and that damn steering wheel icon is back. How the hell is that happening?!?

Correct... My buddy has my BT module this weekend so I still need to hook back up and see if it changed or what... Rode around for two days with just the seats showing then the HSW came back.

Did you do the Sync 3 v3.0 upgrade? Yeah once you get your adapter back check it and do an APIM reset in FORScan (under the wrench icon) and see if it stays gone.

I haven't upgraded it, it shows current version and is connected to WIFI. Will connect and see what it shows and then reset.
