No, that would rob .0005% of the .001 HP
Maybe a twin turbo solar engine would correct the issue.

I can already hear it now from ford performance: "Comparing the solar recharging AAA-driven Raptor to the Gen2 just can't be done; the Solar Raptor Trophy Truck (it's 0.5-inches wider) is so much better that you're better off comparing the gen2 to a regular F150".

We shaved 500 lbs off the truck but the batteries weigh in at an impressive 1000 lbs. Man, that's gonna **** up the tow capacity......

Looks like the f150 will see hybrid tech for 2020.
Think the v8 raptor is being considered still? Don't think so.
Get your large displacement v6 while you can.


Oh yea. If they are "considering" hybrid tech for 3 years from now, then no way they will consider a V8. Im sure they will not even offer a V8 in the mustang anymore. Surprised they even still make one!

I don't know where you seen the considering, it is in effect now. Your right, they may not have a v8 in 2020. May just be the diesels.
