The Premium Care extended warranty through flood seems like it might be worth it at $1025 for 6yr/75k with a $50 deductible. Thoughts? They don't have the 2018 dropdown setup yet so I would probably have to call.

Yeah I am getting some flavor of the 7-8 year one. Or at least using it to leverage a better price on the same thing from my local dealer. I can't imagine 2018 pricing would be too far off the 2017.
An extended warranty can be added any time under the original warranty?

That is correct.
Extended warranty is a no brainer IMO. I did the 6/125k, $0 ded for $2100 or so.
Got it from my dealer when I showed them the Flood Ford site.

I paid $1575 (I believe) for 8 years/100k miles (will sell the truck around this time). $100 deductible from Flood Ford.
I have a plan that covers the first $2,000 of maintenance bills. Best part is it doesn't cost anything.

It's cheaper to buy extended warranty when you are still under 1yr/12k miles.

I didn't see any delta when I bought it for my '13 last time.
Anything under 3/36000 was good to go. ;-)
