Guys just got my truck. Looking under it and see a few spots the ecoat was hit in the factory. I’m assuming this is common? I hit it with mavcoat but want a proper fix. I’ve been told the body shop can do this. Just interested to see if anyone else has had similar. Attached pics are close to the hitch. Also found some around the transfer case area.

Just curious why this is a concern that needs to be fixed by a bodyshop?

The ecoat is your corrosion protection. Anyone in the industry will tell you that it’s great until it’s broken. So properly sealing those bare Aluminium areas is important.

****** non issue. For some reason people think their Raptors are special even though it comes off the same assemble line as a regular F150. So NO, it doesn't get a special paint job or attention to detail in unseen areas. Get over it..
